It's a drive to get there but we'll worth the flavors. I was recommended to try this this restaurant by a long time former employee of the restaurant and I am glad I listened. First off the service was great by everyone inside the establishment. The waitress , I didn't catch her name but she is in one of the pictures, was so very helpful since it was our first time there. Now the food. The flavors of I believe is called the espe chips was so very delicious. We ordered as an appetizer for 3 people and it was perfect amount. My three tacos rice and beans so yummy . My brother inhaled his plate of quesidilla. My mother really enjoyed her Chile relleno. Everything so delicious. Will be definitely going back and bringing the whole family. Thank you .

My first time at La Esperanza and I loved it. I’m by no means a connoisseur of Mexican food but I really enjoyed the food here. The portions were generous and the prices are fair. The service was also very fast and polite!
Their famous Espe chips are well-worth the visit!

Service here is horrendous and lazy. They NEVER answer their phones, in fact they take the phone off the hook so when you call only goes to voicemail, then I drive to the restaurant and all nothing but lazy guy waiters just standing around and as I look a bunch of people sitting, bit no drinks or food. Fire the staff you have because they suck and lazy.
My dad's friends with them and they're the nicest people you can meet.
Awesome service food was ok

Amazing chili verde. You've got to make the journey just to try it. Espe fries are another must try from the menu. On the weekends you can get barbacoa. But my favorite is definitely CHILI VERDE.....
My spot love it.
Good food and service
La Esperanza is a fantastic dining spot with a welcoming atmosphere and great service. The standout dish for me was the Espe chips—crispy, flavorful, and a must-try if you’re planning to visit. The variety of dishes on the menu offers something for everyone, and each dish is prepared with care. Whether you’re craving something classic or looking to try something new, the food is both satisfying and flavorful.
What really sets La Esperanza apart, though, is the balance between quality and price. The portions were generous enough to leave you full without feeling like you’ve overpaid. Compared to similar restaurants, the pricing is very decent, making it a great place for casual dining that doesn’t break the bank. You get good value for your money, and that’s hard to come by these days.
The service was another highlight. The staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring that everything arrived promptly and that we had what we needed throughout the meal. It’s the kind of place where you feel welcomed and taken care of, making the overall experience a positive one. Whether you’re a regular or trying it for the first time, La Esperanza offers a reliable and enjoyable dining experience.
