These days one cannot hardly buy a plump oyster for $1.50/ea. And until 2026 it's unlikely that you'll ever have access to fresh abalone given the myriad issues this species (and the sea otters) have to deal with. Very hidden spot! I almost drove pass this spot. If you love oysters and want to bonfire with a couple of your friends. I highly recommend buying a dozen or two and then going to the beach down the road! This place is only open during the weekends so plan ahead! Bring you own garlic butter and stuff to grill if you are going to do bonfire at the beach! Other than that they provide limes, Tabasco, and the shucking tool for oysters. Price is around 3$ an oyster, and it's the best decision you will make all day (unless your allergic). Makes you feel like Popeye on a can of primo spinach. Taste the scenic and pristine California Coast all in one mineral, salty morsel, and enjoy! They also sell excellent abalone, but be sure to bring your own cooler.
