Seems like they are farming abalones now. They currently only receive online order and pick up.
Price is around 3$ an oyster, and it's the best decision you will make all day (unless your allergic). Makes you feel like Popeye on a can of primo spinach. Taste the scenic and pristine California Coast all in one mineral, salty morsel, and enjoy! They also sell excellent abalone, but be sure to bring your own cooler.
Drove all the way here to be told that they sold out because some worker didn't come to do the job
Fresh abalones and oysters.

We were excited to stop here, only to find out it was closed. Google and hours on their gate said it was open, but for whatever reason it was closed on Saturday July 22nd. Many others were also disappointed to find it closed.
Open to the public on weekends. Purchase Abalone and other shellfish.Beautiful polished shells for sale too, and the tank full live abalone is pretty cool.
They have great tours of their facility and history.
Just a place to raise abalone, not a tourist destination, if you come to purchase fresh abalone and oyster that's ok, Pacific oyster is the best.

Staffs are nice and considerate. Bought several fresh abalones and they tastes pretty good.
Delicious! The young guy who helped us was awesome. Definitely going back!
This place almost brought me to tears. I’m old school and used to rock pick for abs and never thought I would see them farmed, let alone try them. To my delight, they were out of this world. It was magic seeing all the different tanks with abs of all sizes growing. Not a restaurant that is not why you go here. This is your source for fresh sustainable abalone!
If you want real real real fresh Abalone, this is the place, likes the owner, very friendly. You are here for the food not the decoration. You can buy live abalone, cut and packed with dry ice and as a carry on on all domestic flights in the USA.
Best oysters, urchins and abalones.
