If you’re visiting the Carmel area, you absolutely have to check out Stillwater at Pebble Beach! The views alone are worth the visit—gorgeous sights over the golf course and the ocean that are just unbeatable. We had a fantastic experience, and the service was spectacular. Our server, Jeffrey, took great care of us, making sure everything was perfect.

As for the food, it was absolutely delicious! I had the seafood Bolognese, and it was hearty and packed with flavor—a total winner. The whole experience felt really special, and I can’t recommend it enough. If you’re in the area, definitely make a stop at Stillwater. You won’t regret it!

I'm not into leaving reviews of restaurants where I was disappointed, but I am going to for this location. Yes, the views are amazing here and I feel like the servers and cooks think the same. No effort was put into the flavors of the food and the server never brought our change back, when I specifically told him I need change! He gave himself a 35% tip! I had end pieces of fries and husbands hamburger was horribly plain! My Cole slaw tasted like it may have been sitting around since last week. Can't complain about the scenery, but just really sad about the food and service. Not even one soda refill or even asked if he needed one.
One postive thing is, if you are into having an adult beverage, there is a table of contents for that menu.
Pebble Beach Lodge and facilities are definitely not easily handicapped accessible. Don't come here to eat, or if you do, just go to their market and grab an over priced sandwich. I do not recommend any of the food here.

Had a wonderful overall experience at Stillwater Bar & Grill. The restaurant overlooks the 18th hole at Pebble Beach as well as the Pacific Ocean. The views are spectacular from out on the deck! Our food was great and the service was excellent. Definitely a must visit restaurant in the area! This establishment is located within the Lodge at Pebble Beach.

The place is sublime, but then for the cuisine what a disappointment! For children: only frozen products, and really the cheapest quality available. The burger steak arrives charred. My $40 salad (good deal) is presented like in the canteen. A shame for such a chic establishment. We made the comment to the waiter, who apologized and took $20 off the bill. So, they are aware of it... The waiter was quite nice, but threw the cutlery on the table for us, as if we were in a diner. It's up to us to manage to place them. In short, we will not come back. You might as well stroll on the golf course, then go to lunch in Carmel where there are lots of delicious little restaurants.

My good friends had their 44th anniversary dinner at Stillwater this evening. I called the normal Pebble Beach reservatio number to try to send a bottle of wine to the table as a surprise. No one answered at the reception desk so a gentleman by the name of Angel facilitated my request to perfection. I asked him to make it happen and he did. That is the definition of service.

My meal was EXCELLENT and everything I want in a golf course resort meal. Steak and frites salad - emphasis on the steak and frites. Our server (I think his name was Matteo) was also excellent, and of course the view was great. Thank you!

A lunch reservation here is a great way to see 17 Mile Drive (no fee to enter if you have a reservation at a restaurant, or the restaurant will refund the fee) and see Pebble Beach golf course up close, along with having a good meal.

Parking: Don't navigate directly to the restaurant. Need to park in visitor parking for the resort and then walk across the street to the lodge/restaurant.

Our food was not great, staff annoyed when we asked for salad dressing and utensils. Very expensive, low value

We are Monterey County natives that chose to celebrate our 39th anniversary at the iconic Lodge at Pebble Beach. The location can't be beat (on a sunny day). The view is beautiful. The service was excellent and the food was good to very goodMy wife had filet and lobster. She does not like rare meat so she went medium on the filet. She said it was more done than she preferred. Maybe they cooked it to true medium where everywhere else it is cooked too short and it's too red. She was disappointed especially because the glaze was very vinegary, not a true glaze. The lobster was very good though. I had scallops and it was very tasty. I would have it again. We both had a salad, both were delicious. Here was the biggest frustration- it was cold in the restaurant and freezing in the lobby/bathroom area. When we arrived, it was comfortable in the restaurant, then it got cold/drafty. It improved, then it got cold again. On a trip to the restroom, I commented to the front desk how cold it was, and they said they wear thermals. The front door was ajar, and going down the hall past the bathrooms, there was a door to the outside wide open creating a wind tunnel. How that affects the restaurant is unclear, but we kept putting on our coats (which is not what we want at dinner). When it would warm up, off went the coats, but here comes the cold again. Why one of the premier resorts in the West U.S. cannot manage their thermostat is beyond me. The waiter said it is a constant problem, and he was been there for a long time. Perhaps most of Stillwater’s patrons enjoy eating in the fridge, but we don’t. The Monterey Peninsula is cold outside. I know, I’ve lived here six decades. We don’t need it just as cold inside. We give the whole experience a 3.5. Without the cold issue we would give it a 4.3.

Stillwater at the Pebble beach Lodge is an icon. Overlooking the 18 hole of the world famous golf course, the scenery cannot be beat.Offering both indoor and patio dining, it’s the perfect place to soak up the ambiance. The food is well portioned and typically good quality. They have great cocktails too.But honestly, the food here takes second seat to the views

Accommodated my husband and I on a busy Saturday evening for dinner and seated us with a great view!! We had 3 servers who were all lovely and attentive. The lobster was SO FRESH and the veggies were nice and light. They also had house made YUZU sorbet ? Overall a lovely environment, nice and quiet, high ceilings.
