Went through the drive through today. I ordered my food and the lady at the window was SO Rude!! And when I asked her for a knife she looked at me like I asked her for her credit card!! Of encountered rude people but she takes the cake!! Does she. It have a manager that hears how she talks to paying customers???

The woman running the drive through obviously hates working here since she has a nasty attitude the entire interaction. Then she has a fit when you ask to upgrade drink size because we thought we were getting two mediums and she ends up spilling the drink on my husband.

98% positive i got FOOD POISONING for the jack in the **** box. i didn't have any breakfast the afternoon i got 2 jumbo jacks and curley fries. Ate home cooked spaghetti at dinner and i know it wasnt the spaghetti that got me throwing up yellow bile for 2 days. F**K jack. It was my favorite fast food place but never ever again.
Close to home and lots of parking, so I rarely use the busy drive up window. It's much faster to just order inside and go.

Typical Jacks...nothing much different than the rest...EXCEPT for the A.M. service. There's one woman there...who usually works the moornings...if she's there the orders will be accurate and the food fresh plus she always is bright and smiling! I'll post her name when I can!

Every time I come here I am told the grill is done for the day….it’s 9:15pm??????? Last time was 8pm??????????? Why?????????? Close the location if you cannot serve….wasting our time getting there on our lunch break…now I have lost half my lunch time trying to get here on lunch break once again and no food from jack!!!!!!!!!!!

I commute to school Monday-Friday and I love stopping here sometimes before or after school for breakfast or lunch and they never disappoint! They are very kind and good is always hot and super good! Best jack in the box in Monterey County!! And workers are also very sweet!
