They never give me my stars and they always do things wrong and they stay closed for hours and they don't serve you quickly and they always ignore you. And it takes them a while to give you a simple pumpkin muffin. I've been waiting for 30 minutes now.

I have come here several times over the last month. The first time I thought was a one off because the Starbucks employee didn’t address me and kept sipping on a drink behind the counter. Finally she turned and noticed me and apologized but by then 5 minutes had passed.This time my family and I went in to get a couple of drinks and the two employees said they were closed for lunch. This was strange to me because why would both do lunch at the same time and miss out on sales ? Should the lunch breaks not be staggered?The drinks and food are usually good but it’s hard to mess up set recipes and pre made foods. However they should do better as far as customer service and running the store in general.

A lot of the staff i’ve come across are rude. I had to wait 10 minutes for the barista to slowly finish an order, just for her to come back and tell me she’s gonna leave and be back in 15. Never got my drink, waste of my time!!! Bad service.
