Why it saids it closes at 12 AM and when I went at 10:50 lights in the drive thru lights where off and no one was taking our order they should fix the time on this

I asked for a breakfast Burger they said that they don't sell breakfast burgers cuz breakfast was over well Carl's Jr is known for selling breakfast burgers all day around who can I sue for false advertisement if any lawyer sees this let me know what can I do I wasted gas time and effort

Horrible service! The lady at drive thru had a hard time hearing me. I kindly repeated myself several times. Once we pulled up to the drive thru she continued to sound very upset and had no manners. When we checked our chicken piece order, we were shorted some and some of the stars were torn. By the time we returned, my daughters had already eaten some as they were starving. The manager made me drive all the way back only to tell me they were unable to re-do the order unless I returned all the items. Never buying here again.

They advertise bogo for there famous star, charged us regular price. We went back to the corner 3 times. They refused to refund us or gives us an additional bacon western combo we paid for.

Ordered a double guac combo, 5pc chicken strips combo and a single famous star combo with single patty no condiments... i get home ate my double guac but we noticed the single was missing so i went back to get it and they tell me they dont believe me that they have to see the bag. I come with a bag and they said oh seem you ate the buger already. Yea my double guac but im missing the single ... they still didnt believe me so i asked to have the regional manager number they said they dont have one so i asked for return/exhange policy they dont have one.... drove four times for a single patty burger that wasnt even for me it was for my mother n law and this store was acting like i was robbing the place ridiculous thats four eyes needs to have her eyes checked again cause she swore she pack an invisible burger i understand if i looked homeless but i drove through drive through new jeep ?
