I do not recommend this Chipotle. Walking in with no customers at 6 pm should have been a give away. Started with worker dropping meat on counter then putting it back into my daughters quesadillas. Then apparently this one does not offer any sides except beans and rice for kids meal. Kids meals have no replacements so she got rice no beans and I had to pay extra for sour cream. All other places offer two sides you can choose?? Then there was something green in her cheese so she didn’t want to eat it. The food did not taste good and the service was not good either.

"Chintzy" when it comes to portion sizes Chipotle has become the most INCONSISTENT Fast food restaurant on the planet!! When Del Taco has larger burritos for less you know Chipotle has lost their touch. MICRO Servings and the menu sucks. Guac is solid I will give them that. ?Otherwise save your money go elsewhere!!

Food is good, I mean it's Chipotle. I did come here once and they had run out of chips and queso! No bueno! The service is meh, the last few time I've come it has been late in the evening, it's the same rude girl, not friendly, not smiling, just rude and not inviting.
Delano has been getting so many new businesses that are closer to where I live. It is nice to have some of my favorite spots close by! We walked in and the dinning area was dirty. There were about 3 tables with small pieces of trash and used napkins on them. We did ask for them to clean a table for us and they did. We walked up to order and were greeted after a few minutes. The staff was not overly friendly, but did take care of our order. There was no ice in the machine, so my sister asked for some. They grabbed some from the back, which was nice of them. When more people came in they kept asking for ice and they finally filled it back up with ice. All of the napkin holders were completely empty, but did get filled eventually after a costumer asked for some. I ordered a burrito bowl with the chicken pastor and all the fixings. It was ok. I was a little disappointed in this location. I'm not sure I would back to this one, but may give it another try in the future.

Bought my dinner, I told the worker it’s to go! They used a brown paper bag for my bowl, placed it on the chair next to me, by the time we got home I felt that my pants was wet with Barbacoa juice, took the bag and then everything dropped because the bag was very wet from the juice, called Chipotle, they apologized and said normally if it’s to go they will double the container told them she did not! I was thinking that they will at least offer a replacement but they did not! Management please train your workers!!!!

The meat was fresh and tasty, the super greens were crisp and not soggy..soo two thumbs up for that. The owner or manager was the person serving the counter and was Fast, Courteous, and had no problem adjusting menu item according to my needs. Its right off the freeway and plenty of parking even for Big Rigs. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and the A/C works great. For a hot summer drive up or down this 99 corridor it's a pleasant stop if you're hungry.

I ordered a week ago,my order consist of chips and guacamole, the guacamole was not pelled correctly very unsatisfied,I will not be eating here for a while!
