Being from Delano and only having this location here makes it unpleasant to enjoy. The waiters who have been here for YEARS have poor customer service. They judge you based on how you’re dress. Not once did the waiter ask us how our food was. She failed to even greet us. I am not one to leave a review but this location needs to do better. I will drive out to a different Denny’s out of town from now on. Horrible customer service. They need to hire new employees who enjoy what they are doing. 0/10. Do not recommend this location.

I went in on a Saturday and me n my family was the only customers there it too 25 min for us to get our food which I don't mind but when me and my daughter got our salads the waitress told us it would be 15 min for us to get a hard build egg and said if we still wanted the egg. I said yes and asked why and how come she didn't say that befor. When I got my egg it had a lot of yoke it was not hard boiled at all. I didn't want my food and I was just so upset I didn't order nothing. I could understand stand if it was busy but no they were not. No communication between the cook and waitress. Please do better it was a egg and we waited 45 min for a egg that was not even cooked properly 😤 😒

I was eating here last weekend at night and while i was eating i overheard the manger talking badly about other employees with another colleague. Very unprofessional. However, the food was good.

Food quality was horrible the chicken tenders were so overcooked that they were hard to eat the waitress forgot a complete meal and drink so by the time the missed meal came out my granddaughter had ate off our plates the waitress never came back to refill coffee or other drinks very disappointing won’t waste 160 again at least not there

Worst experience ever today. Ordered food. And after more than an hr later it finally got delivered. Of course it was no longer edible of how soggy everything was. Never ordering for delivery.
We brought our family in for a late night dinner. The server was rude, lacked customer service skills and extremely Bad attitude. She scared my children while busting a table behind us by slamming dishes. Never offered refills seemed bothered when asked for refills and ranch.My daughter asked for butter for her pancakes, the server brought her plate back with pancakes covered with butter. Overall food was good customer service needs improvement.

Well, it’s a Denny’s. Food was good and HOT a big plus for that. Server seemed rushed as at the time she was the only one there. Had to ask several times for a simple glass of water. Cleaning could be improved, several families were in who had children in high chairs, when they left they cleaned the tables but left the food on the floor that the children had discarded
