I was almost rear ended by a Domino's delivery driver on Cecil Ave. He was riding my rear and as I put on my blinker and slowed to make a right hand turn, he gunned it around me narrowly missing my rear bumper. I stopped at the restaurant to complain to the manager who told me there was nothing he could do and to call the cops.
