The food is good no doubt about it.But the employee was not very nice and he has attitude didn’t get his name. The online service was confusing specially for their free pizza ? supposed to be. They didn’t make it convenient or make it automatically for other customer who wants to redeem it.

So I got home with a pizza and I’m pretty sure the mushrooms were out of date bc it was gnarly. they offered to remake it but I got a refund instead (I didn’t want to drive back). I don’t normally call and complain about anything but they were very nice and friendly about it so 4 stars for customer service.

I used the mobile app to order my pizza. After following the it was 30 after quality check so called the restaurant. I was informed that I had no order, I asked to speak to the manager, I was hung up on, I called back and was refused contact with the manager, my pizza then show up cold. After an hour and half.
Delivery was fast, food was perfect, delivery person even closed the door behind me, very professional and courteous.

Treat clients the way you would treat family.. I was talking to a worker about placing an order and he was giving me short answers like he didn’t want to take my order and then he hung up I even tried calling back but still didn’t get treated right I’ll just take my business elsewhere. If I could give zero stars I would.

Very quick and easy to use app. The only thing I suggest is that there should be an option to add more alfredo sauce when ordering the chicken alfredo pasta ?? I enjoy my pasta with extra sauce and it's a bummer that the app doesn't have that option.
