Today my friend’s and I were looking for a nice place to eat breakfast together before a 3 hour drive home. Unfortunately, upon arrival we got seated and ordered food thinking it would be amazing.
An hour passed and our food was not ready, we noticed servers just walking back and forth but no food was served to any tables.
My friend asked for an update on the food and 2 minutes later the food was served unfortunately the food was cold, the plates had missing items and there was no syrup anywhere until we asked for some. The food was disgusting and falling apart on some plates.
I would not recommend this location to anyone it’s probably the worst restaurant ever even McDonald’s serve better food.

Food is average as you would expect from any I Hope. Service is not terrible it’s just slow, you can tell there is no sense of urgency. One down side I noticed about this location is that it is very hot inside. It is not a good environment to be enjoying a coffee for breakfast. Manager needs to stay out of the office when busy and pay attention to customer needs.
This was my first time here with me and my wife and 2 boys. There was not much customers when we got there so I didn’t expect it to be busy or chaotic with 8 waitress to keep the floor smooth. We asked for a high chair and never received it, I went and got it on my own. We waited 20 mins before they asked us for our entree and water, 4 larger groups came in and was helped right away, it was 45 minutes before we got our water and then another 15 before we got our food. The other 4 group were helped out first before us and when we did received our food it had hair in it, yea I will be reporting this to a food agency to get this place inspected, first and last time and it was a very horrible experience with all the waitress just standing around. I will never go back again.

Booth seats are very uncomfortable and there is a wall that prevents you from having a view of anything other than your table. I ordered pancakes, and they came out crusty and barely warm enough to melt the butter. 😒 The orange juice was so bitter that I couldn't drink it. The service was basic..

Ihop in Delano the food is great, not the customer service needs some work. I waited 10 minutes just to be seated. Food came out fast. I had the strawberry cheesecake pancake combo with a iced tea. It was $21 a little expensive for pancakes and eggs. They had the radio on too loud. The server never came back to see if I needed a refill on my Iced-Tea. With that all being said, I will be back to Delano IHOP restaurant.
