Ihop in Delano the food is great, not the customer service needs some work. I waited 10 minutes just to be seated. Food came out fast. I had the strawberry cheesecake pancake combo with a iced tea. It was $21 a little expensive for pancakes and eggs. They had the radio on too loud. The server never came back to see if I needed a refill on my Iced-Tea. With that all being said, I will be back to Delano IHOP restaurant.

The waiter was so kind and helpful. He was always ready to bring refills and extra sauces. He had such a great smile and an even better attitude. He deserves a raise in my professional opinion. Actually just promote him. It would be an injustice if he doesn't at least get a pay raise. WE DEMAND JUSTICE. I believe his name was Angel.

My nephew and I visited on Saturday morning . Very clean and the food was delicious. Our waitress Maria was amazing always checking on us to make sure we had everything. We were greeted by the manager Diego which is not the case in other restaurants I eat at . So I was very pleased . I will be returning for another breakfast meal .

Waited in front for 10-15 to get seated or greeted ..no one was in the restaurant (Wednesday at 8am). Server was polite but didn't check back until she dropped the check. They hovered over me with the credit card machine, I felt very uncomfortable as she was pointing at the tip section. Food was decent. Coffee was o. The colder side which I would have asked for another pot had i seen the server during my meal.

Very bad and very expensive. dish service for 2 people and more than 85 dls. Very disappointed, since it was one of my favorite places. Hopefully one day they will be one of the best again as before.
