I asked the female staff member Alex at the pickup window if I could purchase extra ranch sauce. She did not respond, acknowledge my request or take payment for the sauce. Instead she made an annoyed face, then without responding turned and walked away towards a male staff member named Hyvan. She signal something quietly because he began laughing out loud. The female Alex never got me the ranch, in fact she never returned to finish helping me at all. Instead Hyvan the male staff members came to the window and gave me my order, without a receipt. He asked if I wanted any sauce, which I then informed him that I had asked the female standing behind him for already. I then asked for the manager, which he said he was. I explained the situation. He was no help, instead defending their behavior. I have never been so disrespected by restaurant staff in my life. To be ignored, scoffed at, laughed at by management, walked away from in the middle of an order. I was so disturbed by this behavior, I was unable to eat the food out of fear it had been tampered with.

Fries were old, seasoned fry’s were good. The chicken sandwich was chewy and hard to the point that it would hurt my teeth to eat it. I feel if you’re going to charge 7 dollars for a chicken sandwich, it should actually be good not just trash or something that has been sitting for hours. Order the popular items and it probably will be fresher like my curly fries were.

Staying in the hotel Best Western. Me and my partner were excited to see there was a Jack in the box but very disappointed when he got back and both of our meals were missing bacon. Not even a heads up before hand. I got the bacon & Swiss and he order “jacks favs bacon double smashed Jack” and they seems like a regular burger. So disappointed
