Fries were old, seasoned fry’s were good. The chicken sandwich was chewy and hard to the point that it would hurt my teeth to eat it. I feel if you’re going to charge 7 dollars for a chicken sandwich, it should actually be good not just trash or something that has been sitting for hours. Order the popular items and it probably will be fresher like my curly fries were.

Staying in the hotel Best Western. Me and my partner were excited to see there was a Jack in the box but very disappointed when he got back and both of our meals were missing bacon. Not even a heads up before hand. I got the bacon & Swiss and he order “jacks favs bacon double smashed Jack” and they seems like a regular burger. So disappointed

Really disappointed with the food because I got a sourdough jack that was not toasted at all like the bread had butter but wasn’t toasted so it was tough and waited 15 minutes in line for it to be like that.

Here is what you need to know about this specific Jack in the Box. So I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and they gave me one… this has happened to me more than once can count….. at this point I feel as if it’s a scam. They also forgot to put cherries on our shakes even after we specifically asked to and they didn’t give me a boba straw so I couldn’t sick my boba. Lemme remind you that this has happened on multiple occasions. I have stopped going to jack in the box from now and my day is officially ruined.
