Came around 830pm close to closing time had to feed my family of 6 and the lady Karina and I didn't get the other lady's name but she was super nice and had great service i didn't feel rush, thought it was close to closing time they where so great they deserve a raise!!!!!!

Walked in and was right away greeted with a “Hello welcome” which made me enter with a smile on my face I ordered a #13 and one of the kind young ladies told me to try it grilled BEST decision I’ve ever made by agreeing to it. My hubby ordered a#17 and well it took quite a while but it’s understanding with the amount of orders they had overall great experience keep it up

Went for the first time since it opened and wao not what I expected at all. The bread was absolutely deliciously fresh soft great flavor and the Turkey and ham outstanding taste and quality and they don't shy away when it comes to the portions. Very very delicious definitely coming back for another club sub! Great job Jersey Mikes!

I'm so glad Jersey Mike's came to Delano. Their sandwiches are fabulous. I have to say service has improved in the last several weeks from day one that they opened. And I know it'll get better with time. Staff is very friendly and try hard to please their customers which is very important. Plenty of parking the inside of the building is a little tight, but well worth the sandwich.
Who doesn't love Jersey Mikes!? It's been a fave stop of mine when I had to make a trip to Bakersfield, but now our town is lucky enough to have one of our own! The staff is beyond friendly. They greet you when you walk in and they make sure to make your sandwich just the way you like it so you enjoy every bite. My sandwich guy was so kind, he made sure I knew exactly what was going to be on my Buffalo Chicken Cheesesteak and he was so kind as to make modifications for me as I would be sharing it with a picky eater. Let me just say, Kindness goes a long way, with me anyway! When you're about to enjoy a meal after a stressful morning, kindness will make that meal even more of a tasty comforting experience. My hunny and I both agreed that this was the best dang sandwich we've ever had!I will be coming back many many MANY times, not just for that amazing Buffalo Cheesesteak (made to perfection by the way) but for the wonderful service. Thanks for coming to our little town Jersey Mikes! Welcome! Can't wait to visit you again soon!!

Went in and ordered a giant sub #9 Supreme club. The bread was not fresh and it hardly had any meat. Also the girl did not even wait for me to tell her I wanted provolone cheese instead of Swiss. It seems they are not consent on how they make sandwiches. You have some that make them just fine and others that don’t.

Get the Philly cheesesteak but with spinach wrap and chipotle sauce , extra cheese it is so good . I would recommend to someone who likes meat and cheese. Very good sandwich staff is nice and rings a bell when you leave a tip.

Terrible service took 30 minutes for my boy to get a simple off the menu order. After waiting 30 minutes they got the order wrong (wrong size) spent another 10 minutes deciding what to do. Here i am 45 minutes in waiting for the other half of his sandwich….
