I love jollibee delano!For all jollibee I have been visited here in the US only delano is the most clean and the ambiance of the store is so comfy,high ceiling,huge dining and very relaxing environment and clean restroom.The counter crews are so nice and accommodating,from the time you open the door they greeted you right away with a wave and big smile! The one who took my order Mafe is very nice and friendly she even giving me choices or suggestion coz I really don't know what to get. I was just happy for her coz I can see they have a lot of customers coming but Mafe still have time and give effort to deliver our food on our table and she's making sure we have everything we need she offered some utensils and napkins.The chicken joy is freshly cooked and hot we loved it!That's the best dining experience we had in jollibee delano excellent food and excellent service to the customer!We'll keep coming back in Jollibee delano and that's for sure!

From all the jolibee restaurants I've visited throughout the Philippines and US, this is by far the worst location. I ordered ahead of time and it said it will be ready in 20mins. I arrive 25mins later, giving them a grace period and the food is still not prepared. Half of my order is packed and getting cold. The other half, the employees have seemed to get lost with my order. 20mins later, the order is finally ready, cold and disgusting. Customer service was no help nor care how the consumer was feeling. This location needs to prioritize their orders better, not lose items or get confused. Also, maybe they need to be a little nicer to customers and work on their service.

Highly recommended! We are always satisfied when we eat and take out some chicken from jollibee! It's worth it to drive an hour when I'm craving for their chicken and mango pies! We always take home and freeze them! ?
5pm on a Thursday. 30 minute wait for a 10 piece bucket of chicken. This isn't the first time I've had to wait. KFC I'm coming back.

This place is awesome, really good service food came out really fast chicken is always on point, I enjoyed it very much super moist chicken, and fries are always good. I like that they keep it really authentic with all the Filipino workers, all very nice greet u when u walk in.
I decided to go to Jollibee at Delano to try something new compare to the one at Bakersfield. I have one thing to say I was really really really disappointed on my chicken... why was my chicken brown and soggy!? The one at Bakersfield isn't brown or anything like this! Their chicken is always golden and crispy. I wasted my time and customer service was really awful. Also the Bakersfield cooks for the chicken is way better! One last thing the customer service was giving me a weird look when ordering and I felt uncomfortable ordering here it just felt off.
