Super disappointed with the staff in particularly with the young lady decorating the cakes I stopped to get a cake did not like the ones in display and I noticed they were about to decorate the fresh new batch of cakes! I asked the cashier if I can purchase one and show her the picture of how I wanted it and the girl decorating the cakes said “No we’re Not taking orders” but I told her I’m going to buy, I just want a simple all pink cake with a pink border” she had at least 6 cakes with no frosting yet, i even told her the cake flavor doesn't mater i just want this design! Mind you the cakes were for their display window no one had bought them yet! I have been coming to this bakery for years the owner is super nice and friendly but today was just not it

I ordered a champagne cake for my sisters birthday and when we cut it open, it was vanilla. This wasn't really a problem because the cake was still good but my sister was kinda disappointed because she really loves champagne cake.

Last week we tried their chocoflan with strawberries and oreo toppings and it was very delicious. Today we got a chocolate cake with filling and it was amazing. Thank you to the staff for being sweet and friendly:)

Our Church purchased a cake for an anniversary event and when we went pick up the cake 7 minutes before the appointed time they were still frosting it, once getting to the hall cake collapsed and top layer was ruined, when I tried to salvage what was left of the other two layers the cake was still very warm. I bake cakes so I knew this is why cake collapsed and was not secured with the cardboard that separates each layer! First off anyone who bakes knows you can’t frost a warm cake…. They also decorated it with random flowers that did not come close to what we asked for a total disappointment
The bread is very good, I would only ask them to make smaller quantities so that they don't have a little left over and they always have fresh bread.
