These incompetent employees "forget" to give me items I ordered and when I call and tell them I can't drive back to get those items at the time, they put my name and number on a "list" and tell me next time you come in just tell us your name and number that is on the list and they'll give me my items ... I go in and they say well you don't have your receipt. And they do not honor THEIR LIST and their word .. instead argue with me about the stupid items! Honestly to me not even worth the argument... But definitely worth a ZERO STARS rating for the trouble!!! Horrible service!!

It’s horrible how they have us order from kiosk and they don’t have the full Menu/specials . But my thing was I tried to order with the employee and he told me he wasn’t taking orders right now ! How is that possible. TO HAVE A FAMILY STAND THERE FOR 10 min and no one helps bad service

Great experience bathroom where very clean. Inside the restaurant was sparking clean. Everything was fresh you could taste it. The customer service was amazing. I wished I lived in the area to rtn frequently. Thank you for such wonderful service on this Veterans.

Unbelievable they have a family meal deal $20 and the sides are like samples they practically giving false advertisement they should show how small the sides really are that you will be getting in the meal. I will definitely not be going back at all you get better food any where else then here.

Employee at the window didn’t say a word to me handed me the food closed the window and left. I checked my bag before pulling away of course a side was missing. Waited about 5 mins for the employee to return. Asked for the side they forgot. Employee rolled her eyes left without saying a word. Came back with side asked her for a fork rolled her eyes again. No napkins was too scared to ask for some. Food was salty and didn’t appreciate the side of attitude I got.

Through drive through, I ordered two famous bowls and a pot pie, and these bozos didn't give me a single lousy spoon. Called and they said "per new California law, you have to ask for it". Liek the mf couldn't offer or ask me if I needed a spoon. *I'm writing you this message now with mashed potatoes all over my fingers and screen, barely able to see what I'm writing* lol jk
