Through drive through, I ordered two famous bowls and a pot pie, and these bozos didn't give me a single lousy spoon. Called and they said "per new California law, you have to ask for it". Super overpriced chicken back when I used to work with KFC it was only $20 for a eight piece with the sides and a drink and biscuits now it's $50 for a eight piece

Mobile ordered left locked outside told to use drive through to collect it then saw then letting people in after I wait in drive through for 6 min it's over crowded in drive though btw refused refund due to mobile order went in saw my now old order on the counter ask for manager she blew me off never comin here again they dont care for customer service

KFC has fallen. I will no longer eat at any KFC location. Quality has gone down everywhere. Went out to eat KFC with my family. After we ate we all got upset stomachs. Some had to throw up when we got home. So I started looking online. It seems to be in issue many more people are experiencing. KFC used to be good a few years ago. But just like everything else, quality has suffered in these times we are living in. Eat somewhere else that's not KFC.
