Just after 12noon Aug 7, 2025. Ordered 2 coffees drive-thru they were cold. Handed them back to emp nicely and he said just park in space #1 we will bring out new ones I guess after fresh brewing... Almost 15 minutes went buy so I called into store but at the same time my girlfriend said I am going in... I handed her my card for an expected refund along with still receiving the coffees and that did happen--no brainer... I know it is Delano and I know it is afternoon and a hot day but, McDs has to keep that coffee brewing & hot for many reasons.. Also, you cannot forget about the customers that a store mistake happened with. We were certainly friendly & understanding & was willing to wait but that long meant we were totally forgotten about...

The fries are always double fried fries that are old. I honestly try my best to be as friendly as possible but I still receive attitude from the workers. I will no longer be frequenting this McDonalds.
