I have traveled all over the US and abroad. Why do McDs in Delano California cost twice as much the meat patty is smaller and the servers act like they are so underpaid. No disrespect, but ringing up Burger is not a career.

This particular store is more of a hit or miss. Every now and then, its great. They give you everything that you paid for and provide great service. However, this time they missed. I ordered 4 big breakfasts through the mobile app and only received two of them. Granted, we picked it up a little late and didn't notice the missing items until we got home. After calling back the store, we were told they "couldn't find" the order, and that they could either replace the missing meals with items from their lunch menu (Breakfast just ended) or come back for the food another day. They didn't offer a refund. When we got back to the store, the employees were pretty much ignoring the front counter in general. There weren't many people in the drive thru and two employees were just kind of standing around laughing and looking at their schedule. It took them a couple minutes before they finally helped us out and gave us a refund.

Customer service is missing in this place!!! they clearly don't care about customer a worker there named nick was very rude to a teenager I could not believe my ears. They don't ask you if you need any help when you stand up there. We have to get their attention and they answer with a rude attitude. They pay more attention to the drive through customer and ignore the ones inside. Don't waist your time here unless you want to have a bad time.

This place doesn't deserve a star. The Night Shift is horrible! No customer service. They don't even bother making eye contact with you. I can't hear them most of the time because they talk to the cash register. Management needs to step it up in all honesty. If management can't get it right...corporate needs to do something. Also, I ordered coffee through the app once, and waited 15 minutes to pick it up given that it was 8 cups (all black), and I stayed waiting for 37 minutes! I got so frustrated that I ended up leaving. I wouldn't recommend this spot at all! I hope someone makes a difference there.
