I had an amazing dining experience at this Hawaiian restaurant! The service was impeccable – attentive staff without being overbearing. I showed up 4 mins before closing. (I didn't realize it until I noticed nobody was there) They didn't have to take my order, but they did. They were so nice and very professional. Food was great!

Stopped off the freeway from Long Road trip terrible customer service young Asian female real lazy playing with her phone while the other female stood around . Cooks were the only ones that looked like they were working. Terrible customer service no greetings or thanks probably worse fast food customer service experienced in a longtime. Of your hungry try the other fast food restaurants nearby.

We ordered 30 minutes ago waiting 10 minutes in the store still waiting as I write this. Crazy about 4 employees almost no one here.

Extremely long waiting times and the food is overpriced. I would definitely recommend going elsewhere.

People need to be proper training with cleanliness you do not use gloves that use for cleaning to hand out

So first of all I waited for a long time to receive my food but that’s not the worst part… I noticed a hair in my food!! Also employees working and handling food didn’t have hairnets.

I walked in this place and what caught my eye was their Christmas spirit. It's very refreshing to see their Christmas decor, it definitely feels like December here. The staff is amazing! It was my first time here and they talked to me about plenty of options, I went for the healthiest choice, the chicken breast, It was phenomenal! While I waited the cashier asked about my day, it was long! Very friendly staff, great food, definitely coming back.
