The panda express in Delano California is the worse. When you go through the drive thru and you order, they say they don't have it. Today I went thinking it had changed since talking to the manager. I asked for half in half of chow Mein/rice. When I got home it only had chow Mein that you could smell immediately that it was made in old oil. The taste was awful. The chicken in the string bean, the chicken was so hard as if it was out all day. I like Panda express but the one in Delano needs to up its game with the food. I threw my food away. What a waste of money. I live on the other side of town, that's why I didn't drive back. Gas is too expensive.

Food was extremely dry. I had to pay again for a refill. They didn’t not let me know about paying again. Told 2 managers and one of them talked back and said no making it seem like if I was in the wrong. They didn’t even say or try to find a way to fix the situation like other fast foods. Never coming back again. I will also be telling other people about this.

I ordered chow mein with rice and orange chicken. The fried rice was extremely dry it wasn’t pleasing at all, I also order a Panda Crafted beverage with peach flavor total of the drink was almost $4 and when I wanted a refill the manager said they don’t do refills so I have to pay the same amount of $4 in order to get it again, also some of the workers didn’t know refills aren’t allowed and were in shocked.

Close to freeway but kind of congested a lot of traffic and small parking lot. The staff was nice and friendly but the food I got was overcooked. I was disappointed with my food.

NO ONE SHOULD BE ABLE TO GO TO THIS PANDA EXPRESS, We went here yesterday and my sister got a bowl with Orange chicken, she got food poisoning and really sick from it, the doctor said the he had many other people that came to him saying the same thing. NEVER GO HERE AGAIN.

We are from the UK and this was our first ever visit to a Panda Express. From the moment we walked in, we had an amazing experiance. Great ambience, happy go lucky staff who offered for us to try some flavours before purchase. all staff including management were Ace and very very welcoming. Cleanliness 5* and food quality is superb. We ordered a mixture of plates, portion sizes were great including proteins. Great location and service overall. Thank you Panda Express!
Vegetarian options: Lots of greens, spring rolls, Chow mein etc. excellent value for money.
Parking: Huge parking as lots of food and retail in close proximity. Lots of parking in front of Panda express
Kid-friendliness: Staff interactive with kids, great kids menu known as the “cubs”
Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps for entry and exit. Wide seating areas and reserved tables for wheelchair users.

I came in around 6pm. Honestly, it’s one of the better Panda Express I’ve been to. Plenty of customers but also plenty of staff working fast so wait time wasn’t very long. When an item I wanted wasn’t there, they got it to me in minutes and while I waited, they let me know it’s coming right up. All staff were friendly and greeted each customer who came in the door. Bathroom and tables were clean. Food portions were huge compared to some other pandas. Not from the area but I would come back if I ever stopped in Delano again.
