“Friendly and prompt staff. Clean and fairly spacious area. You can seat and eat your antojitos indoors. It’s located in Cecil Plaza, therefore parking can be limited.They have a variety of sweet and savory snacks to choose from. They also have a wide selection of drinks and desserts. I ordered their Halo-Halo because I had been craving one for a while. I thought I’d give it a try, and I am glad I made that decision. The Halo-Halo was creamy and had a perfect balanced sweetness. It came with chunks of coconut jelly, jackfruit, wafers and a scoop of ice cream of your choice. I went with the classic ube ice cream. The ube ice cream was a creamy deliciousness. As it melted, it incorporated so well with the rest of the dessert, which made it creamier and harder to stop eating ? needles to say, I devoured the whole thing. I recommend trying their Halo-Halo, and their ice cream shakes (they look creamy, almost velvety ?)!I truly enjoyed my Halo-Halo, and I will be back to try their other snacks, desserts and drinks. They even have concha ice cream sandwiches, and I need to try.“

“The food is delicious, but the variety is where Rufy’s shines, and shines bright. They have anything you’re in the mood for from the norm like tacos and burritos, all the way to crazy like Takis or Doritos-infused dishes and everything in between. Their horchata is bangin’ and the churro sundae is fire too.“
