Waited 10 minutes for a soda that never came. Ordered on the app, waited at the stall for 10 minutes and even honked and no one came out. If I got a meal n stuff, I would understand but waiting for 10 minutes for just a soda is ridiculous

As I pull up I'm greeted by an angry sounding man over the drive through intercom, placed my order anyways. Upon pulling up the window, it was a short man who clearly has a big chip on his shoulder, has an awful attitude! Then he shoves me drink towards me, shuts the window in a hurry, I knock and ask for a straw, he was clearly aggressive after this. I get sometimes work is tough, but nobody else was even in line, geez..

to the girl with grown out untoned yellow blonde hair who worked on may 29 2025 closing shift, you need to get ur attitude checked. so condescending and didn’t even give us the right order. p.s. those free sonic meals look like they’re catching up to you

Got two slushes and one wasn’t even right. They also didn’t fill my slushy to the top. They left an inch gap on both of my drinks. Didn’t pay a medium to get a small.

I ordered a chocolate blast online. Paid and everything. I show up and it was not letting me check in. I let them know the name order but they made me go through drive though. Wait another 30 mins. After all that I got melted ice cream. They told me I had to wait another 20 mins for new one. It's ridiculous. 👎🏻

I did a online order for 2 drinks and a med tator tot. It took over 15 minutes to get my order. And the tator tot were warm and one of my drinks was wrong.
This place doesn’t even deserve half a star . The girl that took my order was rude as hell acting like she couldn’t hear me if you don’t like your job just give it up . When I got to the window they took forever to make some “milkshakes” that weren’t even made correctly they literally threw ice cream in my cup with syrup or whatever it is it wouldn’t come out the straw . To top it off I had ordered a certain thing I really wanted and the person repeated it to me turns out it wasn’t part of my order plus they take forever for trash milkshakes and food ! Never again don’t waste your time or your money !
