As I pull up I'm greeted by an angry sounding man over the drive through intercom, placed my order anyways. Upon pulling up the window, it was a short man who clearly has a big chip on his shoulder, has an awful attitude! Then he shoves me drink towards me, shuts the window in a hurry, I knock and ask for a straw, he was clearly aggressive after this. I get sometimes work is tough, but nobody else was even in line, geez..

I ordered a chocolate blast online. Paid and everything. I show up and it was not letting me check in. I let them know the name order but they made me go through drive though. Wait another 30 mins. After all that I got melted ice cream. They told me I had to wait another 20 mins for new one. It's ridiculous. 👎🏻

I did a online order for 2 drinks and a med tator tot. It took over 15 minutes to get my order. And the tator tot were warm and one of my drinks was wrong.
This place doesn’t even deserve half a star . The girl that took my order was rude as hell acting like she couldn’t hear me if you don’t like your job just give it up . When I got to the window they took forever to make some “milkshakes” that weren’t even made correctly they literally threw ice cream in my cup with syrup or whatever it is it wouldn’t come out the straw . To top it off I had ordered a certain thing I really wanted and the person repeated it to me turns out it wasn’t part of my order plus they take forever for trash milkshakes and food ! Never again don’t waste your time or your money !

The food was freshly made and very hot and good, the only thing I had a problem with was a bug inside my drink, I was going to refill my cup with water and there was a bug squished inside visibily by the ice when it was filled, the man at the drive thru also wasn’t too friendly and looked mad for some reason12:30 pm 5/30/24

Would give 0 stars if possible. I have been going to this sonic for so long despite my orders never being made correctly. Paying for extras that I never receive. And when you let them know they do not refund you the difference of the extra you paid and didn’t receive. They just apologize. I’ve probably lost over $50 in upgrades to drinks and it’s honestly just ridiculous. The last time I reported this they said sorry and would give me a small popcorn chicken with purchase. lol how ridiculous is that. I never order food, just drinks so why would I need this? And why would I need to make another purchase that would most likely be made incorrect. If you do decide to come to this location Be ready to wait 30+ minutes for your items and then have them made incorrectly because they know nobody is willing to wait another 30 minutes just to get something corrected. This is the worst sonic location ever.
