Great staff super amazing with memory just nice the whole place is full of great energy every time I visit Bakersfield I have to go over there and see them especially one of the Baristas BJ great dude makes visit worth it

I will always remember how this specific store location denied me my Birthday free drink even after having it made already. I’m sure the worker just threw it away too or just drank it herself. After that, I find myself going to Dutch bros a lot more often now and they’ve never treated me that way. Dutch bros was happy to give me my bday drink especially after telling them the story. Thanks for the revelation Starbucks
We ordered a spicy falafel pocket specifically because it was vegan. It wasn’t busy but the pocket we got was filled with chicken

I’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer for years, but my recent experience left a bad taste in my mouth and it had nothing to do with the coffee.
I ordered a drink with a syrup substitution that was 80 cents less than the standard brown sugar, and the manager on duty, Mark, made an unnecessary scene about it. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he escalated it, acting as though I was trying to cheat the system over a price difference in Starbucks' own menu. He even went so far as to mention involving corporate over a syrup change.
This kind of overreaction is not what I expect from a brand that prides itself on customer service. A minor discrepancy could’ve been handled calmly, with a smile and perhaps a simple explanation.
Do better, Starbucks. A coffee run shouldn't come with a side of attitude.

Asked for light ice cup had way too much ice and they did not want to remake my drink!

Dont go unless you want flavorless drinks and extra ice when you ask for light.
We ordered matcha but we got a milk instead.
No flavor at all. Blandest matcha we ever had.
Wanted a cold brew got a cup of milk. I never feel comfortable asking them to remake it because the eye rolling starts.
Even after asking kindly. Made my drink incorrect twice. They didn’t care.
Excellent Starbucks!!I'm really glad I found this gem. Excellent service quick and friendly. Clean lobby, perfect lobby temperature. Everything was perfect at this location. I recommend this place!👍

I had an amazing experience at the Starbucks drive-thru today! Athena was so friendly and upbeat, making my morning brighter with their cheerful attitude. My order was taken quickly and accurately, and the service was impressively fast, even with a long line.
Athena at the window went above and beyond, ensuring my drink was exactly how I like it. My ice coffee was made perfectly!!
It’s clear that the team here genuinely cares about delivering a great experience. I’ll definitely be back—thank you for starting my day on such a positive note.
They always makes mistakes with my drinks, I gave them the chance twice and still happening, so never again. And the food is always cold.
Don’t come to this Starbucks they will literally serve you ice with a side of drink .
Waited 30 minutes for a hot coffee. Came luke warm. During this time, someone dropped a drink right outside of the door. It was brought to the managers attention. Nothing done for 30 minutes, someone coming out of the doors holding a drink slipped and fell. I waited another 15 minutes for HOT coffee, not even started. Asked for my money back. Starbuck's do not put the "I'm sorry for your experience" line on this complaint. The site you post does not show anywhere to file.

Order by mobile twice and both times my order wasn't ready. I had ordered 20 min. ahead BTW. Today, the attendant states she just clocked in but wasn't apologetic rather lackadaisical and had a, I don't care attitude. Management needs to clean house.
Came in on Aug.16 and was hoping things changed but the same thing. Mobile order was supposed to be ready at 9:34am but I waited until 9:49am and it wasn't even busy. This must be a training hub or staff don't care.
