I was looking for a place to eat, something local and different from the usual fast food options. Taco Factory was recommended, and since it was nearby and I am a fan of tacos, I gave it a shot. So glad I did. The taco with mixed beans and seasoned ground beef was fresh and flavorful and the Chili Verde burrito was amazing. Their salsa was a great addition to both and I look forward to the next time I'm in the area. Definitely eating here again.

Went here for the first time this week and ordered the beef and cheese enchilada dinner plate. They give you a decent amount of food which is why I decided to give it 2 stars. Flavor was just ok... wasn't until I got a few bites into the enchilada noticed the ground beef towards the middle of the enchilada was red inside ?. I threw the entire plate away. Can't say anything about the other items but this was all bad.

Hopefully this will be for constructive criticism, so they can improve. If you’re looking for authentic Mexican food, this isn’t the place, but if you’re looking for more california style food, that would be more accurate. However the couple of burritos we ordered were not very full, the flavor is not very flavorful, but the staff was nice. The tostada shell was nice and crispy, very yummy, but the ground beef was granular in texture, flavorless, and not very good quality. I was hoping it would be great, but not so much.
Fresher better quality ground beef and some seasoning would go a long way. Maybe do a few different versions and do a day where people do a blind taste test to pick the best.
