I find it crazy how they charge $5.50 for a singular shrimp taco. My shrimp tacos were extremely cold when i got them. They put very little shrimp on my tacos. When I called them out about my tacos being cold they took it and reheated it but the tortilla was hard shell now and they realized the mistake of the little amount of shrimp and fixed that. They were really understaffed and had only 2 people working. One of the cashiers touched money from a customer then went back to the kitchen and finished making people’s food without washing his dirty hands. When another customer called him out on it he got very upset and annoyed. We asked for a peppers and the same cashier was going to get it for us. He got them and grabbed a small cup for them. He tried to scratch off the food residue from the cup instead of washing it and then he just didn’t care and left it on there. I am also really surprised that a mexican style restaurant did not have hot sauce at all. This was on March 3rd, 2024.

The last few times we picked up food from here, it was great; however, tonight that was not the case. The taco shells on the taco were too hard to eat and the tortilla on the shrimp burrito was hard. The shrimp had no season and no flavor. For the prices being charged, people expect better food. The lady who took the order was professional and nice.

When they first opened up, everything was good and nice they packed the food with a lot of meat had a lot of flavor. They were really nice to us but all of a sudden now they got their customers coming in now they don’t even smile they don’t say hello or should I say they say hello only to the people they know, it was our first time going in and it will be our last. They are plain rude. They have no customer service skills just because their business has gone up does not mean you have to go down in customer service so it’ll be our last and I will tell all my family and friends not to go there either.
