I regret every bite I took from this food truck. I ordered the quesabirrias expecting something flavorful, rich, and comforting—what I got instead was a completely tasteless mess. The tortillas were greasy but somehow still dry, like they’d been sitting there forever. The meat had no seasoning at all. No salt, no spice, no depth—just bland, shredded nothing that felt like it was cooked without even thinking about flavor.
For the price, this was embarrassing. Quesabirrias are supposed to be bold and crave-worthy, not something you force yourself to finish because you already paid. If you enjoy food with flavor, save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else. This was a complete waste of money and appetite.

First time trying this. Tacos have plenty of meat. Very tasty had asada lengua and tripa tacos. Could use lime instead of lemon. Salsa was good. Will definitely be back when we're in town.

They advertise their asada as Arrachera on the pictures and they give you ground beef look alike meat. So disappointed on the false advertisement. I'm glad I only ordered 1 taco to try it out first.

Very good tacos, I just went and they are big, good size, well served, my respects for this Taqueria, everything is very good, I recommend the tripe ones and the horchata water.

The cheese didn’t help either. It barely melted and added absolutely nothing, which is impressive considering cheese is usually the safest part. And don’t even get me started on the consommé. It looked promising, but one sip confirmed it was basically hot, oily water with a hint of disappointment. No richness, no seasoning, nothing that even remotely resembled birria.
