Tony's Firehouse Grill and Pizza

I have gone to ALL of their restaurants. Terrible and rude customer service. From the east side restaurant, to shafter and Delano. Terrible, Terrible service. It’s as if you’re bothering them. On Wednesday 10-30-24 at approximately 8pm my 2 daughters along with some friends suggested Tony’s pizza on coffee Rd, as we were about to order, the employee told us if we were going to order pizza, it had to be carry out ONLY. We were not allowed to sit and eat in the restaurant. I asked why, and he said bc we close at 9pm. We said we would go somewhere else and the look on the employee was relief. God forbid he has to turn on an oven, make a pizza and then have to clean again. Whoever is in charge, you need to be aware your customers are now going to different new pizza restaurants bc your attitudes and lack of customer service. I for one will never step into another Tony’s Pizza Restaurant

This place is very nice and the pizza is decent but the customer service really sucks. I realize that working at a pizza spot may not be anyone's "dream" job, but it wouldn't hurt anyone to at least act like you care about doing your job. $50 for a large pizza with ranch and 2 drinks is a bit excessive considering the poor service.

Kind waiters great food 100% peaceful environment although sad at the same time I knew Daniel he lives here in Pixley they started Katie's Pizza and I heard that he died a year ago they were good people I work for him when he had his lawn service it was a surprise

Cajun pasta was on point!! The pizza is good too, unfortunately it’s not as good as their original location off of Cecil.

Four days straight in the row I have ordered food. All 4 times my order was cancelled. Without a refund. Mangers said that they can’t give refunds. Each time I waited over an hour.

They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced, we asked about the special flavor of the house and they just looked at us ugly! Two people attended us and the same attitude... the employees on duty had some faces... The place was very big.
..but the service is terrible

I can not believe that they need to charge for drink refills common residents of Delano deserve better I would rather drive out of town to eat than have to pay for refills my goodness this is rotten

Food is definitely good. No refills. You have to pay for every refill. That's a big letdown. Potato wedges. Wow. Like 7 little sizes for that prize!!!! And the workers don't even have the energy. I get it. It's not your job to make our days better. But you chose that job. Smile a little more. You'll get more customers.

One of the top best pizza places in town. I like these place because with the Fire Grill menu as a family we can all eat whatever we want. From pizza to omelettes or if you simply prefer a dinner entre the options are countless. Great family environment and the food is delicious I highly recommend.
