We order a pizza here at least 3x a month. First hugh complaint, they turn off the phones so you have to physically go to the place to order. Every Friday I start calling around 4:30pm to order the pizza and typically one out of 8 orders they pick up the phone. Sadly, I usually have to walk in and order. Inside no phones are ringing, no one is on the phone taking orders. Just silence. Today I started calling at 4:10 and continued to call as we drove into town. NO answer for 30 minutes and over 55 phone calls. So as I stood in line to order, I was calling and not one phone rang. Terrible customer service. So my order today was 2 XL pepperoni pizzas with extra sauce on both. I typically ask for additional sauce since they often skimp on the sauce. So today the pizzas were crazy greasy and had no extra sauce. Overall it was terrible and we threw it away after a few bites. The entire pizza was drenched in grease. I used to love Tony's and miss the restaurant on County Line. Better customer service and the pizzas were excellent. Now they seem to get worst every week. Obviously they have a quality control issues. Even the pizzas cuts are crazy (huge to tiny sliver). Sad since they have such great opportunity to be great.

The Original Tony's Pizza! Recipe is still the best! Our order is an XL 1/2 pepperoni & 1/2 Canadian bacon! Special for Halloween October $21.99 for a 1 topping!

It has changed since the new ownership. Country music is blasting in the eating area and the prices have increased. Overall it's still a good spot. The combination or the pepperoni pizzas are still really good.

They never answer the phone ever!
Great neighborhood spot for good pizza, wings and potato wedges! Cooked made to order!
There is a reason this place is busy, one of the best pizzas in town if not , it's THE BEST, Great prices ! Very hard working employees 👏
I would rate a zero if I could. Took the entire family. We paid and waited over an hour. Apparently they lost all the orders and said nothing. We finally asked about order and found out everyone in dining area had not gotten their orders. Asked for money back and left. Really upset they wasted our time. Thought I liked this place. Now I know its a Never Again place for me.

Service was fast for a Saturday evening and pizza was delicious
When did my favorite pizza double in price?! I'm from out of town so I did not know they had increased their prices so significantly. I only get to come to Tony's whenever I visit my family in the area. I used to eat here as a kid when my parents would bring us to stay with our grandma for the summer so i love tonys pizza. I remember before taxes an extra large 4 topping pizza started at $22.50. The other day i paid $120 for 3 xl pizzas, 1 pepperoni and 2 4 topping pizzas. I know it's 2024 but man that's just crazy to me. The customer service was fine the pizza was nostalgic. I just don't know how affordable tonys is going to be for me for my future visits.

The pizza here is amazing!! However I miss the pride Tony’s used to take in the town of Delano growing up Tony’s used to have tons of photos of their football team also lots of photos of the man tony himself, When I came in recently I seen everything was painted and adopted the plain Jane look. It was also playing REALLY LOUD country music I couldn’t really hear what others at my table were saying I like country music but it threw me off for it being a pizza place I felt like I was inside a Texas Roadhouse or something. But I didn’t mind the pizza here tasted the same as I remembered which is a win for me just miss the nostalgia feeling. All in all the Pizza is still amazing most definitely will be back.
