Very very very bad customer service from all of them here! especially the short girl with green hair and the other chunky girl with the half blonde hair they didn’t even recognize or asked us for our order when we got there they waited 10 min to get our order they need new staff asap! They all have attitude!

Been to this location a couple of times and the food has been pretty good. I will say though they have forgotten a few things in my order that I payed extra for which was annoying, but we are only human. The place is pretty small inside I think they only have 3 tables to sit at. They are always busy, and usually take longer than 15 mins for food to be done. I actually waited 45 minutes a few weeks ago after ordering online. So order ahead of time if you're in a hurry, but if they are super busy it may take long.. The service has been a little off when I've gone in. I think it's because of how busy they constantly are, and how understaffed they are. So a few extra employees would definitely help.Wings have been great every time I order some of my go to's are Louisiana rub, lemon pepper, original hot, and Hawaiian. Oh and the cheese sauce is yummy with French fries.

I LOVE Wingstop, but this is the only place that does not know how to sauce up wings. And they will take forever to still get your order wrong. It always has to be something with this place. All other locations, PERFECT, never had any issues anywhere else but this place.

If I could I would put zero stars, they took almost a hour longer with my meal I ordered online. Workers seen a line at the register and ignored it. There was multiple people waiting for their orders longer than me, and they were there before me.

I have visited this location on 2 occasions, and both times, the wait times have been extensive. I understand being understaffed, but if this has been the complaint for this location since it's open, then there's a problem. The customer service is not great, some training is needed. We were missing an item on an order after waiting 30 mins dining in and when I approached the staff, the employee showed her what maybe her shift lead, and her response was "what about it". As I was still in front of them, of course, I pointed out we did not receive it. There were no apologies or explanations that we would get out. The food was okay. The voodoo fries were way too salty. We dined in, and there was trash under the tables, and the tables hadn't been wiped down.

She kept asking me if I was going to order after I told her I needed a minute. She was continuously being rude and very difficult. I understand you may be having a hard day but don't take it out on the customer.
Second time giving this location a chance and don’t think I’ll ever come back . To start came in for pick was told my order wasn’t ready which is fine cause it looked busy . As soon as I stepped away another girl came forward with my order and said it was “ read “ .To cut the story short sauce in the wings was thrown on top not even mixed in the bowl ? The wings are usually good here, but they have pretty bad customer service. I've visited a few times lately and it seems the young lady with glasses taking orders has issues with taking "in person" orders and makes excuses about being understaffed and co workers being on lunch, she gave me the same excuse on 3 different occasions. I understand there are issues at times, but when you are several hours away from closing time and you are trying to convince customers not to order, something is not right. Overall, the same person with a poor work attitude.

I understand that a lot of employees are young and a lot of employees come and go ,but ever since they opened this place all the times that I’ve been there which is more than I can count it’s getting worse and worse especially in the customer service area today I went in to pick up my order and the young short petite girl with short blue or greenish blue colored hair, was very rude to me. She almost threw the cup at me. She needs to go ! I mean fast ; get some nice girls that want to work, and I always have a smile on their face.
