I ordered online. Baked spaghetti with meat sauce and salad. Got home, opened the $6 salad , the lettuce was brown and slimy. I live around the corner so I took it back. A very sweet girl found some good lettuce and made me a new salad. Got back home, opened the spaghetti. There was no meat sauce. Just sauce. The noodles were hard and the sauce was bland. I could not eat it. It went in the trash. I live in Denair and want to support locally but this is the second bad experience.

I feel like almost everywhere i go for food tgese days the customer service is lacking. I calked in an order to go. A simple thin crust, medium veggie. I asked, because irs a thin crust can you please put light veggies and light jalapenos, extra toasted. The veggies were not light nor the jalapenos. The crust due to too much veggies was floppy. They have pizzas on their menu that call for feta cheese but they didnt have it. And the pizzas are really oily. Like ive said, we should start paying a price of what the meal and service were really like. Im tired of tipping for bad food and service. Just because your the only pizza joint in town dont short your customers who pay your bills the quality of service they deserve. Please change your menu.

I really like their pizza. They made a custom pizza for me just perfect. But they need to not sit on the floor while waiting for customers made me wonder how clean they are when preparing food.

Pizza is good and service is usually very good unless they are busy at all then wait times get long. It's a small town pizza shop and I love the convenience of not having to leave Denair.

Called order for dine in at 8pm Friday night knowing they close at 9. Get there 8:20 Izaiah tells us we have 5 mins to eat, I explain my confusion since the door and all signs say 9pm he says that the owner expects them to be out the door by 9 which means we all have to leave by 8:30. He didn't welcome us in he was not polite or inviting, he also didn't tell us this when we placed our large order over the phone at 8pm and we told them we would be dining in. I like the food but the way he tossed us out and treated us with not even the most minimal respect tells us they do not value customers or the business we bring in. I'm very disappointed as I have always enjoyed the food but the treatment is intolerable

Used to love this place but the last time I went there the food was pretty baf... they let me wait 30 mins for them to make what I ordered and then when they handed me my pizza they told me that they didn't have half of the ingredients that should have been on the pizza I ordered.... It was

I have never been to this restaurant personally but it is our go to order when we order from Grubhub delivery. We live in Waterford and happened to find Pizza Factory in Denair one day trying to decide what we wanted for dinner. Now we only order from there. The combination and pepperoni are our favorites. The crust is always perfect and is never overcooked. We will definitely keep ordering and hopefully will go into the restaurant to eat soon.

Pretty annoying that you can spend 65$ on 2 pizzas and some breadsticks but they refuse to take 50$ or 100$ bills. I get if I've only spent 25-30$ but to drop that much cash and not even be able to pay with a large bill? Really annoying.
