BEST TORTA IN TOWN!!! I love eating here. I took my wife once and she just craves it. Now we come once a week and they never disappoint!
I love this restaurant because it is the only place that I can find a gluten-free tortilla, but it sucks that they are never open when they say that they’re open. I tried calling multiple times a week between Wednesday and Sunday and they never pick up and when I drive by their restaurant is closed. This restaurant would receive a lot more of my money if they were more honest with their hours.

We found a diamond when we were in Cameron Park this week. LOVE this place and can't wait to return. This is Gil, Joanne and Bingo from Concord Ca. From the minute we got there until we left it was wonderful. We sat on the patio with Bingo and it was so relaxing. We love the owner and her sons. They are so sweet and attentive and it was a blessing to meet them all. The food was so perfect !! Make an effort to go there it is so worth it !! See you very soon!! Gil and Joanne

I tried tacos here yesterday and they were absolutely delicious! Authentic, flavorful, and thoughtfully made. I had the 4 taco option. I think they are the best tacos that I've had in the Placerville/Cameron Park area. I haven't tried every restaurant, but needless to say, I was very impressed. The chips did not taste homemade but the green (my fav) and red salsa were appropriately spicy and good. I ordered a side of beans just to taste since it was my first time there. They tasted homemade, but didn't have the flavor that I really like. Still, the tacos are among the best that I have had anywhere in my area. The other taqueria that I like a lot is Taqueria Tepa in Palmer square (better beans and chips). I expect the Valenz Mexican Kitchen will only get better as they get further established!
The food is outstanding some of the best Mexican food I have had, try the wet burrito it's really good,but you can not go wrong with any of it.

First time in and what a surprise. Family owned and operated restaurant, all food prepared fresh with local ingredients. Everything made with care and love by friendly staff that clearly loves what they are doing. It was like sitting with family. 100% new go-to spot.
