I’ve been to this place a few times before, about a year ago, and I believe it was under different ownership when it was Berra Gyro. Back then, the meat was cooked fresh, and the quality was much better. Now, however, the online ordered premade gyro meat is clearly soaked in hot water, and the lettuce in the gyro gets soggy and warm which there shouldn’t be lettuce in any Gyro ever which is extremely unappetizing. I hate wasting money and time on substandard food, and it's so disappointing to see a place with potential mess up by serving such horrible food. Just an FYI, this is the first bad review I’ve ever written for a restaurant.

The food has been consistently good, but better when the owner is the cook/chef. I stopped coming in for a while because the heater has been broken since September 2023 and it is freezing sitting in there trying to eat even with a puff coat on. They used to be closed on Sunday now it's Sunday & Monday's and Berra Gyro was my go to on Sat/Mon. The last time I was in there (only one normally) dining in and rarely see customers picking up BTW... I asked for something and the response was so petty that I don't think I will be going there for a very long time. It made me feel like I wanted something for free, when I always dine in, and order two meals & a dessert to go...and tip based on the entire ticket 20% You just lost a really good customer!

Super nice family and yummy food! We had the falafel and tzatziki ?
Ordered 2 gyro plates and a carrot baklava.The meat was alright.There was far from enough pita.Baklava did not taste fresh, dough was mushy.Tzatziki had chunks of cucumber in it.The employee was kind.Probably won't ever come here again, unfortunately.
