While we were in Discovery Bay, we stumbled upon a charming coffee shop in a quiet plaza that had lots of parking and cozy indoor seating. The place was decked out with colorful quotes and cool art, and the lady at the front was super welcoming. It's a small charming local spot. I grabbed their house-roasted drip coffee while my son enjoyed a hot chocolate topped with whipped cream. A nice pit stop.

Staff are always friendly and eager to please. Ice cream is really good, too!! My granddaughters love going there for a treat after school. ?Kid-friendliness: Cute little tables inside with children's art from local schools.
Cute local spot. Always friendly and nice. Ice cream flavors change regularly which is fun. Coffee is great. Nice little outside seating area. Definitely worth a drop in if you're visiting our town.

Have called, emailed, instant messaged, tried to order online via yelp, and your website to order a Birthday cake - have tried every outlet including the basic telephone call and there is a voice message box that is not set up. Such a bummer when I finally reached out to other local companies we needed a three day notice so sadly, we are going to drive to cold stone from discovery Bay on Friday. I don't understand how a business can stay in business operating like this.

My family and I walked in from getting dinner 2 doors down and wanted some something sweet after and not seeing any open hours, we walked in and a small family was in front of us and the worker just looked at us and shut the lights off and I had asked him oh are you guys closing? And he said shook his head yes and I was a little disappointed on the customer service it would of been nice to know if they were closing my family and I would of understood and came back another time . But after the rudeness definitely won't be trying this place.

Yaaaah I’m going to go ahead and rescind my last review. The wait was painfully long for anything. Not sure what happened to this place but we received the saddest, most expensive scoops of ice cream in our entire life at this place. On top of that, the person behind the counter that handles the money used their bare hands to scoop the ice cream along with the scooper. Absolutely disgusting and unhygienic, all set with this place. Didn’t even eat what we ordered, threw in the trash. Ohh yah and they ran out of ice cream cups and cones, seriously?! Never returning and would not recommend.
