I bought a buttermilk chicken sandwich in drive-thru at Discovery Bay CA location. I received a very old and inedible sandwich. The meat is so old the chicken has turned into jerky and the breading iOS hard to bite into. This was my dinner. Now I will go without dinner because this sandwich is not edible! Don’t use drive-thru. They count on you not checking your order until you get home. Then most will not return to complain. Horrible.
