Since the new owner took over apparently she can not get her orders for her ice cream in on time. Week after week they are out of Baskin Robbins more popular ice creams! I have been a loyal customer for years but may have to switch to other business Also tonight the music was so loud I felt like I was screaming my order to the employee.

We came in at 9:50pm. on Monday 7/15/24 in the store and asked for Cherry Jubilee to be served. The ice cream was in the gallon or box there, but the girl who worked there refused us to serve. Hopefully, the owner or the manager will take note of it and put lazy employees in check. Won't be back even though I'm local. Bad service, lazy employees. Many flavors were put out, and they wouldn't open them. There is safeway right across. Hopefully, we can find some flavors there. Just don't understand what these employees get paid for if they can't perform their normal duties.
