Went thru the drive thru...the single scoop looked like a child's scoop, handed to us melting, the Oreo Sunday wasn't to the top of the container. When we asked don't you put lids on the worker just looked at us dumb.

Baskin Robbins as a whole is incredibly overpriced however, I have given this one a try a few time for the simple convenience of the drive thru.Never again. Chocolate sauce is NOT hot fudge. It shouldn't be as runny as water, and when I spend $7.00 on an oreo sundae and 20% of the cup isn't filled and there is NO hot fudge, mind you, I let them know I came for hot fudge however there is runny chocolate sauce. This is the second time in a row I have ordered a sundae with hot fudge and the second time in a row I have not gotten it. I also didn't mention, the gal at the speaker acted as though I was an inconvenience, she asked me to turn my car off (it's a Nissan Armada, nothing fancy or souped up about it) and spoke so low I was unable to hear her. When I asked a question about the kids ice cream, she mumbled to the point of me just agreeing. Next time I will spend the time going to Coldstone in Vacaville or at Safeway where I can get a quart of ice cream and a jar of hot fudge for less then the over priced, not filled sundae with no hot fudge here.So disappointing

I haven't been here too often, since my husband and I only come here whenever we're having a sweet craving, but we've had great service each time we've been here. Nearly all of the staff members are friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable about the menu. And, of course, the ice cream is super delicious! It hits the spot every single time! We will definitely visit this Baskin Robbins location in the near future!

I was confused on what to order, as this was my first time in awhile at Baskin Robbins. Luckily one of your employees named Tori helped me decide and was very efficient even with the long line. Will definitely come back again!

Nice people but they don't know how to make drinks. I specifically said I don't want coffee in it because it was for my kids but guess what was in it! COFFEE yay
