I visited the Chipotle in Dixon last Saturday 10/25/25. I threw away my receipt by mistake and wasn’t able to complete the feedback survey. I did get my rewards points from scanning the Chipotle app. I was greeted with a smile prior to placing my order. The chicken burrito with chimichurri was delicious, I’ll be ordering it again! The Chipotle Dixon location is welcoming, upbeat and clean. The parking makes it so easy to get in and out. I’m sharing the experience that was given by Chipotle Team member, Mariah. She was kind, genuine and attentive. Keep up the great work and Thank You for making me feel appreciated.

I come here about 3-5 times a week. Anytime Dina is there I’m disappointed. She’s the only staff member who gives such small portions for rice and protein. Why am I paying almost $12 for 3 ingredients (rice, chicken, pico) that she doesn’t give a full scoop for?

Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to 💯 I kept giving them chances because everyone has off days but the last time was the LAST time. Last time they didn’t even cook the rice all the way so the burrito was inedible. They never wrap it all the way so it’s just raw in the bag. The bowl is robbery you might as well deconstruct a burrito. The service is terrible , and I don’t mind short interactions get in get out but they are all straight up rude. No refunds were offered. I’m over it. Love the barbacoa tho

Customer service is awful very rude seems like they are upset when i asked for extra rice and beans, slaming utensils, slamming the oven open and close atleast that was my experience on 8/13/25 at approximately 7 pm with a white female.portion sizes are absolutely pathetic compared to other surrounding chipotles. Do NOT do a mobile order, you'll get half portions. Byrd far the worst experience out of all the chipotles I've eaten at. She had a very terrible attitude.
