We were driving from Lake Tahoe to San Francisco when we stopped at this McDonaldâs for a quick treat. We ordered a sundae, but it was noticeably smaller than usualâonly about 3/4 of a cup. My daughter asked if that was the normal size, and although I thought sundaes came in just one size, I decided to ask. The staff, who showed little customer service, simply said âyesâ without any explanation or courtesy. Disappointing experience overall.
