Sorry, Dixon, I didn't believe you all. Pedro's Cocina is actually great eats. The salsa was spicy and flavorful. The Caldo de Res was yummy and full vegetables, though the meat could've been a bit more tender. The chicken tamale was delicious and the green salsa was just my type. The cheese inside was a little too cooked though. Best part, hand made tortillas DURING the week.
Highly recommend this Mexican restaurant. Eating here makes me feel like I'm back at home eating my mother's home-cooked meals!! You won't go wrong ordering anything off the menu. The staff was so kind. Will definitely come back again.

My wife and ate lunch. We got their specials of the day, pork tamales and chicken taco rolls (taquitos). They were wonderful. The green sauce was very good.
For dinner, we had chicken, pork, and beef with tortillas, rice, and beans. The meat was delicious and the portions were generous....
