I have been getting my coffee @Starbucks, mostly in Dixon & FF. It’s been 25+ years. In all the years, I have NEVER had an issue with My Coffee, or my food items. But, TODAY, just in case you all got the New Jalapeño wrap…. OMG!!! I threw up after I had that. I’m NOT sensitive & consider myself to have a strong stomach, but SOMETHING in that wrap was spoiled. I did call it in, as an FYI to the Baristas @The Starbucks by Subway in Dixon. Hopefully No one else gets Food Poisoning!!!

The window cashier always forces you to answer the question on the pad requesting a Tip! I don't carry my reading glasses at 7:00 am. Her expecting attitude works against. I told her I don't have my glasses. She actually rebutted that with I have my sunglasses on. Just a very rude young lady. Entitled disrespectful lady. Expecting a tip from a drive-up window! That's everyday.

Every morning is always the same thing here, they take a long time at drive thru and the staff have an unwelcoming attitude. I tried making this Starbucks my morning routine but thanks to the staff there, I will definitely not be coming back.

This Starbucks has the best service with the most caring and kind staff! I frequently stop here when I have long trips as a place to both get a drink and refresh. I travel a lot. On my most recent trip, I stop here for a quick drink. My bracelet accident fell off when I was washing my hands in the wash room. I did not notice until I arrived at my final destination hours away. I call the store in hopes that someone found my bracelet. No one had turned in a bracelet, but Evan said he would look around the store to find it. We'll he, did! He promised to hold it for me until I returned through a few days later.
A few days later, I returned to the Starbucks and he gave me my bracelet. My bracelet was not expensive, but it was special to me. Evan kindly gave it to me without asking fir anything in return.
I will continue to stop at this Starbucks and I have recommended it as a stop to my fellow co-workers who also travel through the area frequently.

Great place to sit and relax. Always friendly here and they remember you by name if you’ve been here a few times. Bring in your computer or sit on your phone and enjoy a mocha Frappuccino (my personal favorite) or whatever your heart desires. Dixon Starbucks among the friendliest locations I’ve been to and I travel everywhere including other countries

The staff was nice but definitely seemed like they were short handed. It took a while to get our order but the team was working as fast as they could so I appreciate their efforts.
