Went through the drive through this time and the females are horrible botches!!!!!! The time before I walked in same thing and they talked to each other about me. I hate this location and their Carmel macchiato was weak and very little Carmel. This location doesn't even deserve 1 star.

Amazing service and wonderful staff! I ordered coffee at Starbucks and it was delicious. Everything was made quickly and right on time, and the service was friendly and efficient.
I also really appreciate how honest and helpful the team was— I accidentally left my bag there, and they kept it safe and returned it to me without any trouble. It meant a lot to me.

I just love starbucks. You know what to expect when you order a drink. They always get it right.It's the same at every starbucks, no matter where you go in the nation. It's a good place to pull off the freeway, make a rest stop, get energized with a coffee and a snack, use the restroom, and stretch the legs. The store is located easy on and off from the freeway.

I have been getting my coffee @Starbucks, mostly in Dixon & FF. It’s been 25+ years. In all the years, I have NEVER had an issue with My Coffee, or my food items. But, TODAY, just in case you all got the New Jalapeño wrap…. OMG!!! I threw up after I had that. I’m NOT sensitive & consider myself to have a strong stomach, but SOMETHING in that wrap was spoiled. I did call it in, as an FYI to the Baristas @The Starbucks by Subway in Dixon. Hopefully No one else gets Food Poisoning!!!
The barista was great, she listened to everything I asked for and directions to a T. My drink was AMAZING. Thank you so much Madison.

The window cashier always forces you to answer the question on the pad requesting a Tip! I don't carry my reading glasses at 7:00 am. Her expecting attitude works against. I told her I don't have my glasses. She actually rebutted that with I have my sunglasses on. Just a very rude young lady. Entitled disrespectful lady. Expecting a tip from a drive-up window! That's everyday.
