Hi just came to Starbucks and my husband I I got drinks. He asked for venti size drink with light ice. This doesn’t look like light ice to me. I feel very disappointed I paid for ice.

Wow, what a nice Starbucks. Immaculately clean dining room and bathrooms. No ridiculous combination code on the bathroom doors, and no vagrants camping out in the restaurant. Huge outdoor dining area and plenty of indoor tables. Service was fast and friendly. Could not be more convenient to the freeway. Tons of parking.

Totally impressed with this store- from the beautiful and clean atmosphere to the incredibly friendly service. These guys seemed like they enjoy working here and it does impact whether you’d like to come back when passing through. Great job you guys!

I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks location. The person at the drive-thru window didn’t greet me or say a word—just handed me the order and closed the window. It felt unwelcoming and rushed. On top of that, the coffee didn’t taste like what I normally order from other locations. Unfortunately, this will be my first and last visit to this store.

Music is so loud I can hear it through my noise canceling headphones.
Coffee is kinda more bitter(burnt) than other starbucks. Drink is mid, not good, not bad. This store's lavender is not good. All staffs are kind, except for the one on the counter.

Haven’t gone to Shepherd and lunch. Went today because I was starving. This is been the worst experience ever. I was handed a bacon Gouda sandwich. There was one slice of bacon. Only about one inch long. And it was on one corner of the sandwich. It was miserable. 6$ for that is a joke.
