Clean shop, employees are difficult to understand, when ordered the new Fit & Fresh items they should have 50% more protein. I was given the same scoop as a regular sandwich, had to ask for the increase. Employee was very annoyed. Then added minimal vegetables despite asking for more. Frustration .

I have been to many Subways; this one makes the best Veggie Delites. Fresh veggies, including avocado. Also, the drive-through is always very fast.

I placed a mobile order of 4 sandwiches. Two were exactly the same 6 inch sandwiches because you can't order a footlong BLT on the app, which is stupid and its own issue.
My husband and son picked up the order and as they were walking out the door, a younger worker hollered at him that she put the cheese sauce for the pretzel on the sandwich, but there was cheese in the bag too. He was confused by this and said, "is it on the sandwich?" And she said "no". Before even opening the sandwich, I could tell something was wrong. There was bright orange coming through the paper that should not have been there. A Chicken Bacon Ranch is pretty straightforward, and I usually see the white from the ranch coming through. I opened it up and saw cheese sauce, no shredded cheese and no ranch.
My son returned to Subway and asked for the correct sandwich, to which he was met with resistance. The worker said, "well, I told him it was on there." As if sending a sandwich she knew she made incorrectly out the door was acceptable. It was a problem to have it remade, though it eventually was made correctly.
I highly recommend going inside and watching your sandwich be made. It should be pretty easy to follow what's ordered, but I guess their time saved in correcting a mistake is worth more than our time wasted in going back to have something fixed. Definitely won't be going here again any time soon.

Absolutely awful! If they are out of stock of something that you order online they don’t return your money. They say there is nothing they can do. I had to dispute the charge with my bank. Talked to the manager the next day after being told she wasn’t scheduled to work- she didn’t do anything. She said her supervisor should be calling me- never heard from her. The employee advised the manager doesn’t talk to customers and the owner doesn’t come in.

2.5 ☆ but not quite a three.Food is good, ingredients, some were wilted and not kept too "fresh".Need some better staff for a better customer experience.Immature employees working Tuesday night February 27th 2024 were snickering between eatchother about customers walking in.it would be nice to see your staff be a little more respectful and maybe greet customers with smilies. It's unfortunate to see staff unhappy to serve their customers at this location.

My son loves subway. When we walked in, we were greeted with coldness. No hi or hello. They were speaking Indian and smirk, after every order from the customers.

Each subway is individually owned, I have no idea when I go to this Subway, I feel I like they are expecting me to steal from them or something, they are not friendly like the one in walmart or the one on orange. I am just not going to partionize places where I spend my money that are happy and professionally happy to have customers. I always get veggie on flat bread.
