The service I received was unhelpful and extremely rude. In particular, Mike (who was answering the phone 7:30p Tuesday 8/19 the phone at that location) was dismissive and unprofessional. It is disappointing to see how much the quality of customer service has declined there.

Service was horrible. They get paid $20 or even more than that & have such a sense of entitlement. One of the employees was just rude. Never going back.
Portions vegetarian portions were a little small. I had to order twice to feel that I ate something compared to Chipotle it was more expensive and half the size

Update: I decided to give another try, this time order was wrong. I went inside to place order for a grilled burrito. I even asked and cashier said yes. I waited hoping against hope. Got home and NO GRILLED BURRITO.

The service is non-existent. If you have a mobile order and want to check in you can forget about it as every employee will actively ignore your presence. Also, this is one of the few locations that does not offer online exclusives. Skip this location and go to a Taco Bell that actually has decent deals available.
So expensive to eat out.
