The service I received was unhelpful and extremely rude. In particular, Mike (who was answering the phone 7:30p Tuesday 8/19 the phone at that location) was dismissive and unprofessional. It is disappointing to see how much the quality of customer service has declined there.

Update: I decided to give another try, this time order was wrong. I went inside to place order for a grilled burrito. I even asked and cashier said yes. I waited hoping against hope. Got home and NO GRILLED BURRITO.

The service is non-existent. If you have a mobile order and want to check in you can forget about it as every employee will actively ignore your presence.
Also, this is one of the few locations that does not offer online exclusives. Skip this location and go to a Taco Bell that actually has decent deals available.

The service is so bad we drive into Vacaville if we want Taco bell!! They are very rude and when you ask for the manager they refuse to get her. I have heard from so many others of how bad it is over there. You think corporate would step in and do something. Even the other Taco Bells in near by towns says people come there because Dixon Taco Bell is bad..

I ordered food via mobile app for 9 people. When I got to Taco Bell, everything was almost done. I was able to fill drinks and as I finished, my order was ready to go. Everything was right and accounted for, something sometimes difficult on big orders, and I appreciated the fast service.
