If you are looking for functional sushi this is your spot. I am a regular. I always get the fried jalapeños app. I also recommend the Superman and Hana bombtana. They are nice and welcoming. They truly deserve your patronage

The best sushi in the area. The only sushi place I ever go to, nothing compares. The staff is incredibly friendly and so sweet to my kids. Vast menu options and also incredibly creative, you will not find any place with similar roles or menu options. The ambiance is nice and quaint, never too busy, but when it is busy it's still a great time. I cannot write enough good things. I always choose this place first when I want sushi, nothing else is as good!

We walked into the frying pan at 7:05 PM. Nobody acknowledged us till around 7:15 PM. Then we were finally walked back to a table, not giving any menus or any water or any greeting whatsoever. We noticed a large group of boys that walked in behind us. They must've been friends of the young girls working there they gave them top priority, sat them in the corner across from us, gave them waters menus and took their orders immediately. When I walked up to the counter, I said to the waitress who was behind the counter is anybody gonna come and acknowledge us we have nothing to drink and no menus and it's now 7:37 PM and we have not seen any water even to drink. You took the order of the young boys that sat way after us got them water menus and they're ready to go. She tried to play dumb and asked where are you sitting? Who is the group of boys and where are they? when after she took their order she looked directly at us and walked away. Unfortunately I just removed my five star review from the last experience we had around December and my wife and I were looking forward to going out to dinner all day here. What a disappointment! Because of the service and the way we were treated,we got up and walked away and even when leaving, they didn't say anything to us. This gave us our first opportunity to try Dawson's across the street. We were greeted right away, and given menus and even drinks from the bar in less than five minutes looks like I'll be posting your five star review over to Dawson's. The owners of the store you better monitor the young kids that are running your restaurant as they are taking it downhill. ...... just ate at Dawson's across the street the service the food the portions everything was phenomenal we were in and out in less than 40 minutes.

Great food. Cool/Clean ambience. service friendly slightly slow. But that's because she's one server. Her friendly smile and professional attitude made it worth it. The rolls were on point tonight.

The food is top-notch! The building is as old as the town itself, which adds a lot of character, but this place needs some sprucing up. Food splatter on the walls, grimey lights switch covers and doors.... Just an overall messy atmosphere, but not without charm and delicious food.

We tried the sushi here, and the food was so so. Serever was very friendly, but the service was not up to the mark at all. We had to wait 25 minutes for the sushi when there were only 2 tables occupied. This place has lots of potential if service is faster. Also the environment was very depressing, no music. Felt like having dinner at the funeral.
The golden gate was very good and a good portion. The amount of crab on top was exceeding expectations and the flavor of the roll was amazing! The fried jalapeños were good too

We love this place. The staff is friendly and the sushi is excellent. There is something for everyone. We love their salmon nigiri, scallop and yellowtail nigiri - always flavorful and fresh. The crispy rice with tuna on top is also delicious. We've also enjoyed all the rolls we've tried so far. Can't recommend this place enough, super fresh and tasty.

Excellent sushi. Cannot recommend highly enough. They have countless menu options, and everything I tasted was great. The edamame were good, and the Crazy Monkey roll that I had was delicious. Presentation was top notch too. Not super expensive, especially for quality sushi. We went on a Tuesday for lunch, and it was pretty quiet. Not sure if it gets busy at other times. Looking forward to returning soon.
