Want a burger with a side of ATTITUDE? THIS IS THE PLACE! Oh wait, did you order an item and already paid for it? Yeah..we don't have that, you can pick baconator fries or....baconator fries to substitute! From my understanding this is a franchise Wendys and they are definitely making their OWN rules, taking people's money and handing out the POOR customer service. They were short on items to complete our $50 order and WITHOUT apology told us we need to substitute, NO REFUNDS. We already paid and you didn't provide what we paid for and you can't give us back our money?! Worse part is this is the SECOND time they did this to us! NEVER AGAIN! Whether you order in person or the app like we experienced both, this is their OWN rules. The shift leader rudely refused to give us her name or owners name only spoke spanish and needed translation through the Cashier. Not only was she unprofessional, she threatened the cashier not to give us any names or help us further?! (Another dissatisfied customer told us her name may be Tina or Maria) Can't give store manager's name to contact but she is here on Tuesday mornings...come back tomorrow morning?! What kind of establishment are they running? How are they carrying the Wendy's name?! We left with a quarter of our order missing, no refund to our money paid and frustrated that this type of establishment is in our community.

We ordered over 50 burgers and the crew busted out the order faster than anticipated! And it was great
The area has a lot of homeless people living in the Walmart parking lot this Wendy’s occupies - doesn’t feel safe at night. There’s a lot of trash and the drive thru feels a little cramped.
Got a Dave’s single cheeseburger combo and a jr bacon cheeseburger which came out to almost $18. The lettuce and tomato were fresh but the burger was only warm when I opened it. Fries were also barely warm and tasted stale. Similar experience with the jr bacon cheeseburger- though I’d say the bacon was nice and crispy.
Girl at the window was terse and just said I’ll show you the receipt when I seemed surprised by the total. It was more than I expected because I had ordered a small bit she had entered a medium already and my order was half done so I just paid it.
I’m sure prices are similar at other Wendy’s and perhaps they can’t do much about the homeless and trash situation but I’ll say if the fries are hot, piping hot melted cheese on my burger and a pleasant interaction go a long way.

Restaurant did not have neon open signs tuened on in window so we weren't sure they were actually open. No cups for ketchup, no napkins or utensils. Worker on the floor looked brain dead.
