II’ve always loved Wienerschnitzel, so the food itself was solid. Unfortunately, the service here was awful. The cooks weren’t wearing gloves, the clerk was rude and dismissive, and they didn’t apply the special pricing — everything was charged at full menu price. This location needs serious attention to basic customer service and food‑handling standards.

Went in today and ordered something that on the drive thru menu was $2 but when given receipt was charged $5. Spoke to manager and owner if they could fix the issue I was told no by both. That it was mistakenly priced at $2 I asked her if she could honor it since it is what is on display in drive thru even inside. she said “I can’t do that” like it’s literally still priced at $2 mind you the owner is the one who price tags the menu….yea it’s only $3 but it’s your mistake….and they’re “my $3” ….asked her if she could give us a second order of what I ordered and still said no…they were adjusting the menu prices when I went to ask…..

Tried to use gift card for this establishment and ‘their system doesn’t allow them to use a gift card’ what bs. If they can’t use them they should have a sign? Horrible service. And the lady at the window had no clue. Maybe tell your employees why they can’t use a gift card instead of ‘our system can’t use them’ because that doesn’t make any sense. Why would you sell a gift card if it can’t be used?

What you expect from a wienerschnitzel plus ev charging and good milkshakes
This place always hits the spot for a quick bite. The corn dogs are simple but tasty, and I love their chili cheese dog, chili cheese fries, jalapeño poppers, and Chicago dog. Prices are reasonable compared to other fast food spots, and the staff is always friendly. Definitely one of my go-to stops for comfort food on the road. Oh and my kids are obsessed with their sundaes.

Food was hot, service was good, but the flavor not there. The chili isn’t good, and fries are some of the worst of any fast food restaurant. I tried a hotdog and burger and both were hard to stomach.
I don’t blame this location, but I do blame Wienerschnitzel as a whole - it’s not good. Nothing you sell stands out.
