7 Leaves is hands down my favorite spot for a refreshing drink, and I never leave disappointed. I put in my order and asked if they have military discounts since the other locations do. I understand that every location is different. However they told me that they only give discounts to medical personnel. I told them that I have a medical insignia on my military ID and they said no it has to be civilian. I told them I have my BLS (basic life support) ID card on them and they said no I have to have my badge from Kaiser or another hospital. It felt almost discriminatory if I'm being honest. How are you going to say you offer a medical personnel discount if you truly don't. Won't be coming back here again. I'd rather go somewhere who appreciates not only ALL medical personnel, but also military members.

The Reality Renegade
I’ll say this in the nicest way possible, you guys don’t know how to properly serve boba. Options for sweetener levels are non existent and the quality really depends on who’s working that day. Everyone is nice and helpful but I got a total of 4 balls last time I went and I paid an extra .85 cents for it! Definitely not my fav but if 7 leaves is around I can always depend on it’s mediocre boba
I bought some boba drinks and a couple of macaroons for myself and my younger sisters today from this location, and not only did we NOT receive the macaroons but the drinks we purchased were really watered down. The staff wasn’t very friendly either and it felt a little hostile.

Love their Vietnamese coffee. They have a great simple app with points. Use their drip coffee when I'm fasting. Hopefully they get more food options soon. Fast and helpful service.
