My visit to Acapulcos was a mix of good and bad. The atmosphere was lively, and the food was tasty, but the service and timing were disappointing.
We were seated quickly, but our meals took almost an hour to arrive, and our waitress was nowhere to be seen during the long wait. By the time the food came, we were already full from eating too many chips.
The manager did apologize and gave us a $25 credit, which was nice, but it didn’t fully make up for the frustration.
Overall, Acapulcos has potential, but they need to improve their service and timing. I’d consider giving them another try, hoping for a better experience next time.

I love coming to this location. The chips are always fresh!!! The flavor of the food is always fire! I am a regular here because I cannot get enough. Look how delicious the food look. We need more locations around the world. lol Please don’t ever change the recipes.

I had the pleasure of dining at Acapulco of Downey today. Out was excellent like always. My favorite meal is the Fajitas Gigante. I highly recommend them. The restaurant was impeccably clean. And so were the restrooms. The managers and staff always courteous and friendly. Thank you, Acapulco!👏
