My family and I had an amazing dine in experience. Our server Juan Herrera made this first time experience such a pleasant environment. I will for sure be coming to Acapulco Restaurant again. The food was delicious 😋 and the vibes was very homey.

I've been there multiple times. Each time I go, is just as good as the last time. The Sunday Brunch is also just as good!

I had a fantastic experience at your restaurant! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the excellent service throughout my visit. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending your restaurant to friends and family!

The food at Acapulco Restaurant was solid—classic Mexican dishes that did their job. The service, though... wow. Our server acted like we were invisible until it was time to bring the check, and suddenly he came to life like a Disney character who just heard the word “tip.” He barely helped us, looked annoyed the whole time, and moved with the enthusiasm of someone who's been forced to come to work on their day off. Great food, but the service had the same energy as a teenager asked to take out the trash.

After we were seated, we observed staff bickering over whose table we were and we had to wait quite a while before someone took our drink order. While we were waiting for a waiter, there was a cleaning staff who seemed visibly upset and was slamming the dish plates on each table all over the restaurant as he cleaned and set each table. The clash of each slam was startling. After we finally got a waiter to take our food order, things went better. The food was tasty and had a good temperature. We were there celebrating a birthday as noted in the reservation; however no one came to sing happy birthday nor offered a complimentary birthday dessert. We did notice a different table got this service. We were also charged tax on the surcharge fee which doesn't seem right. It had been many years since we dined at an Acapulco and unfortunately this was the best experience.
